IBM's Powerful Network Continues to Grow

Disability Matters Limited has worked closely in partnership with IBM over the last three years to provide motivational training programmes to disabled members of staff.   The aim of the programme has been to enable participants to develop action plans to improve opportunities for career advancement within IBM.   It also places a focus on enhancing life work balance.  

To date over 60 people have benefited from the programme.   The recent events attracted disabled IBM staff from the Czech Republic, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Dublin, Austria and the UK.  

Peter Bailey (Disability Matters Senior Consultant) and Stephen Duckworth have been running this highly successful programme since its inception.
