Ministry of Defence and Barclays join forces

Stephen Duckworth arranged for the board of Barclays Bank to invite the Defence Management Board of the Ministry of Defence to attend a lunch to discuss issues relating to diversity. The purpose of the meeting, facilitated by Stephen, was to enable senior executives within two very different organisations to learn from each other about the challenges and successes that they had enjoyed in promoting diversity within their organisations. Each went away having learned a great deal from the other and substantial action points to implement further improvements in the future.
