Prison Service "Changing Lives"
Stephen Duckworth addresses Harrogate Conference gathering of 500
Governors and their assistants from the Prison Service. Alongside
Lord Falconer, Hilary Benn MP and Martin Narey (former Director
General of the Prison Service), Stephen demonstrated the need to
provide accessible education to prisoners with disabilities and
dyslexia to improve employment opportunities. They emphasised that
it is critical to successful reintegration into the community.
