Delivering Diversity - A Morgan Hunt Event

Executive search firm, Morgan Hunt, recently celebrated the launch of their Delivering Diversity Programme with a reception event in Covent Garden. The Delivering Diversity team will be advising organisations on how to recruit and maintain a more diverse workforce. For most organisations this will include a particular emphasis on increasing applications from employees with disabilities and from ethnic backgrounds.

Morgan Hunt are well placed to be providing this service, as their executive search track record gives them experience in helping companies to find the right candidates for their vacant posts. Morgan Hunt have also partnered with key minority ethnic and disability groups including Disability Matters Ltd for advice to clients and for sourcing candidates.

Speakers at the event included: Garth Crooks (former International footballer and sports presenter), Leroy Logan (Chairman of the Black Police Association), Sarah Hamill (Co-ordinator of the BBC Diversity "Extend" Placement scheme), Serena Doshi (Asian professional whose background includes working for Arthur Andersen, Schroders, and Ernst and Young) and Stephen Duckworth (Chief Executive of Disability Matters Ltd).
